Something that may cause a potential problem is that you should expect to be interrupted when you are speaking although its considered wrong int he UAE you should not take it personally when in Spain because it’s a normal thing for Spanish people.

when doing something or working with a Spanish person you should be patient, nothing is done in a hurry for Spanish people they usually procrastinate and delay.

You rarely see anyones stuff getting stolen in the UAE but in Spain it is frequent so be aware of pickpocket, do not carry open bags and always carry your wallet in the front pocket of your pant.
