  • Body Language

Some good advice about body language is that its okay if a friendly Spanish person hugs or back slaps you but you should never do it to a Spanish person that you do not know well.

Spanish people stand very close when they are talking and they are also very expressive moving their hands while talking so you should never mimic them, this can be a little intimidating when its from a stranger because in the UAE people usually talk more seriously and they are less friendly to strangers they tend to be friendly to specific people only.

Yawning or stretching in public is considered vulgar.
